90-Minute Online Group Coaching Session This is a focused 90-minute online coaching session designed for small businesses, partnerships, and business owners looking to improve their social media strategy and online presence. This session takes place as a live group coaching call with multiple participants present, allowing you to benefit not only from tailored guidance for your own business, but also from shared insights, questions, and challenges raised by others in the group. This creates a collaborative learning environment while still ensuring each business receives practical, actionable advice. We will focus on areas such as content strategy, audience growth, engagement, consistency, and improving overall marketing clarity, with space for discussion and live feedback throughout the session. Although delivered in a group setting, the advice provided is still relevant and applicable to your individual business situation. Please ensure you complete the booking form thoroughly so your business context can be reviewed in advance. Cancellation Policy
All sessions will take place via Google Meet. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and suitable device setup to join the call successfully. Booking Policy All sessions are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Submission of payment does not guarantee booking confirmation, as all bookings are subject to review to ensure suitability and appropriate service fit. If a booking is not accepted, a full refund will be issued in accordance with the standard refund policy. Due to preparation and scheduling requirements, all sessions must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance. Availability is limited, and bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited or a rescheduling fee being applied. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time if a client arrives late. If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.
