Service Description
A deeper, in-person content creation and training experience designed for businesses, personal brands, and professionals who want to create content more consistently and strategically. During this extended hands-on session, we’ll work together to plan, film, and develop a stronger bank of content tailored to your business and audience. Alongside practical filming, you’ll receive guidance on content structure, editing workflows, messaging, hooks, and how to create videos that are sustainable and repeatable long after the session ends. This session is ideal for those who already understand the importance of content but want to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of what they create without relying entirely on outsourcing. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a larger bank of usable footage, multiple content ideas, practical editing knowledge, and a clearer understanding of how to confidently create content that aligns with your brand. The session location is chosen by the client and may take place in public spaces such as cafés, libraries, outdoor locations (weather permitting), suitable business premises, or hired workspaces. Sessions cannot take place in private residences. Travel outside the YO1 postcode area (York city centre) will incur additional transport charges. These will be invoiced separately and must be settled prior to the session date. This session is designed for one attendee. A second attendee may be added for an additional £150. Due to the hands-on nature of the training and practical support involved, a maximum of two attendees is permitted. Submitting a booking request or enquiry does not guarantee or secure a session date. Bookings are only confirmed once availability has been approved and any required payment or deposit has been received. Please complete the booking form with as much detail as possible regarding your business, goals, content experience, preferred session focus, and any editing tools you currently use. This allows the session to be tailored effectively to your needs and ensures the best possible use of time on the day.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Suitability Following payment of a £200 deposit, a time slot may be provisionally reserved for review. This does not guarantee confirmation of a booking. Once the booking form has been submitted, your application will be assessed for suitability and compatibility with the Content Intensive format. If your application is not accepted, the deposit will be refunded in full. If your application is approved, an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. The session is only confirmed once full payment has been received in cleared funds. Payment Terms The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the session date. The Content Intensive will not proceed unless full payment has been received. If payment is not received by the due date, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited. Notice Period Sessions must be booked at least 14 days in advance unless otherwise agreed. Short-notice bookings are not guaranteed. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Requests within 7 days may incur a fee or loss of deposit. One reschedule is permitted unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation Cancellations made more than 7 days prior may be eligible for a partial refund excluding the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Deposits are only refunded if the Provider declines the booking after review. Force Majeure The Provider is not liable for delays or cancellation due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, travel disruption, severe weather, venue issues, or technical failure. Where possible, the session will be rescheduled. If not, liability is limited to payments received excluding non-refundable deposits.
