Service Description
A three-hour, focused, hands-on content session designed to help you confidently create social media content that actually represents your business. We’ll plan, film, and produce content together, while I guide you through how to structure, shoot, and edit videos that work for your brand. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a bank of usable footage, at least one edited video, and the knowledge to continue creating content on your own without overthinking the process. This session is ideal for business owners and sole traders who want to start showing up consistently online without relying on agencies or guesswork. The session will take place at a location chosen by the client. This can include public spaces such as coffee shops or libraries, outdoor locations (weather permitting), or any hired workspace suitable for filming. Please note that sessions cannot be carried out at a client’s private residence. If the chosen location is outside the YO1 postcode area (York city centre), additional travel expenses will apply. These will be calculated based on the location and invoiced separately prior to the session date, and must be settled in advance. A second attendee may be added to the session for an additional fee of £150. Due to the hands-on nature of the training, a maximum of two attendees is permitted.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All bookings are subject to acceptance and are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Submission of payment does not guarantee acceptance. All bookings are reviewed to ensure suitability, availability, and appropriate service fit. The service provider reserves the right to refuse or decline any booking at their discretion. If a booking is not accepted, a full refund will be issued in accordance with the standard refund policy. Clients are responsible for ensuring all booking form information is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in refusal or inability to deliver the service. All sessions must be booked at least seven (14) days in advance. Availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions cannot take place at private residences. Approved locations include public spaces (e.g. cafés, libraries), outdoor locations (weather permitting), or hired workspaces suitable for filming. Where sessions are held outside the YO1 postcode (York city centre), additional travel costs will apply. These will be calculated based on location and invoiced separately prior to the session. Travel fees must be paid in full before the session. Rescheduling Policy Requests made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture or a rescheduling fee. All rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the session are eligible for a refund, minus any processing or administrative fees. Cancellations within seven (7) days are non-refundable. Late Arrivals / No-Shows Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of lateness. Arrivals over 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable. No extensions will be provided. Force Majeure The Provider is not liable for delays or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, injury, travel disruption, severe weather, venue issues, or technical failure. Where possible, the session will be rescheduled. If not possible, liability is limited to payments received excluding non-refundable deposits.
