A focused 90-minute online coaching session designed for sole traders, partnerships, and small businesses who want clear, practical guidance to improve their social media strategy and online presence. Whether you need help refining your content direction, increasing engagement, attracting more clients, or building consistency, this session is tailored entirely to your business and your current challenges. We’ll work through your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and create a clear, actionable strategy you can implement immediately after the call. This is a practical working session — not generic advice — designed to give you clarity, direction, and confidence in your next steps. Please ensure you complete the booking form thoroughly so the session can be fully tailored to your needs. Cancellation Policy
All sessions will take place via Google Meet. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and suitable device setup to join the call successfully. Booking Policy All sessions are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Submission of payment does not guarantee booking confirmation, as all bookings are subject to review to ensure suitability and appropriate service fit. If a booking is not accepted, a full refund will be issued in accordance with the standard refund policy. Due to preparation and scheduling requirements, all sessions must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance. Availability is limited, and bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited or a rescheduling fee being applied. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time if a client arrives late. If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.
