Service Description
This is a flexible three-hour session designed for people and businesses who want practical social media support without needing weeks of planning or preparation. Unlike my other services, Social Sprint Sessions are designed to be booked at short notice and can be used in whatever way is most useful to you on the day. That could include: -content creation -filming social media videos -Instagram strategy -social media troubleshooting -learning CapCut or Instagram Edits -improving confidence on camera -planning content ideas -video editing guidance -practical help creating reels and short-form content The session is completely hands-on and tailored to your goals, whether you want to spend the time learning new skills, creating a bank of content, or a mixture of both. Sessions are usually held in York city centre in cafés, public spaces, or outdoor locations, but can also take place at your workplace. Additional travel charges may apply outside York. Because these sessions are intentionally low-preparation and short-notice, availability is limited and dates may appear and disappear depending on my schedule. Pricing £150 — Individuals £250 — Up to 3 attendees Not available for groups larger than three people.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the short-notice and limited-availability nature of Social Sprint Sessions, full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your provisional slot. Submitting payment does not automatically guarantee the session. All bookings are subject to a brief review of the completed booking form to ensure the session is suitable and compatible with the type of support being requested. If, after review, the booking is not considered a suitable fit for this service, the session may be declined and any payment made will be refunded in accordance with the standard refund processing times of the payment provider. Because these sessions are offered at short notice and availability is extremely limited, cancellations made by the client are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling is not normally available for Social Sprint Sessions. Sessions are designed for a maximum of three attendees. Due to the practical, hands-on nature of the training, instruction will only be delivered to the booked attendees, though additional colleagues may briefly appear in filmed content if relevant to the session. For sessions taking place outside York city centre, additional travel and time costs may apply. These costs will be calculated after booking based on the session location and travel requirements. Any applicable travel charges will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before the session can take place. Clients are expected to bring their own phone or recording device unless otherwise agreed in advance. If footage is recorded on my own device and transferred afterwards, an additional £15 fee will apply. Sessions may take place in York city centre cafés, public spaces, outdoor locations, or at your workplace. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside York. Force Majeure In the event that the session cannot proceed due to circumstances outside reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, illness, venue closures, technical failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events — the session may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed alternative date. Neither party shall be considered liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
